The first flight over Mexico City

Previous the first plane flight over Mexico City, they have been hot air ballon rides, but never a plane flight in all Laitn America















Alberto Braniff was born in 1884, His father Thomas Braniff, was an industrial who arrived mexico for helping to construct the Veracruz Railroad. Alberto studied in europe and he saw plane flights and he got inspired about aviation He purchased a  Voissin planeand he recieved training to flight it .

He Taked Off in the Balbuena Fields in Mexico City. That day he made history being the first person in México and in Latin America who flew over Mexico City. The Balbuena Fields are today part of the lands of Mexico City International Airport
